Thanks for the responses. It is good to see that people are interested in taking care of their bodies with a proactive approach and keeping their minds open to what certain supplements can do for them. It’s quite easy to write about the benefits of Acai berry supplements since it is truly a ’super’ food product. To the best of my knowledge, you can’t really go wrong by giving it a try.

getting old is the pits. Your sight and hearing goes, and nothing works the way it should…And what gets you the most is those darn kids won’t stay off your grass.

Yah, I have a tough time keeping the kids off of grass as well. It’s just one big party to them. It sure doesn’t help with my anti-aging trials and errors. Maybe the kids need to detox!

Hair loss in women is far more common than most people think even though it runs in families so you?d think it?d be something people would tell their kids about. Small things can cause it too. Once read about a whole village where hair loss was so common they figured something had to be causing it. Turns out it was mixture of diet and exposure to something.
